The operative expression is GOYA or get of your ass. Sedentary lifestyles are toxic and a sure way to get you killed. By simply adding some walking 15 to 20 minute a day to your daily activity you can add upwards of 5 years to your life expectancy. Lifetime fitness and not binge exercise is the key. The benefits are huge, you'll become more mobile, your heart will work better, your libido will get a recharge, you will be less depressed, and on it goes. The flip side is a diseased, unhappy demise, get it! |
